Privacy policy

Data controller: RH·BOTS — Humanoid Resources, mblasco@rh-bots.com.

Purpose: to handle requests for information, quotes, demonstrations or support that you send us through the contact form, and to manage the business relationship should it go ahead.

Legal basis: the consent of the data subject when submitting their details, and the performance of any resulting contractual relationship.

Retention: for as long as the relationship with the user is maintained, or for the legally required periods.

Recipients: data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, or with providers necessary to deliver the requested service. We currently use Web3Forms (Nexinvent Technologies LLP) to deliver the website forms to our inbox: the data you enter is transmitted over HTTPS and stored by that provider for a limited retention period; and Shopify to process an order, if you place one. Both act as data processors on our behalf.

Your rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mblasco@rh-bots.com.

Cookie policy

This site only uses the technical cookies strictly necessary for it to work. If Google Analytics or another measurement tool is enabled in the future, the user's prior consent will be requested before it loads.
